________Hole Sponsorship- $100 –Your business will have a sign located on a tee box throughout the tournament. If you have a specific logo you want on your sign please provide.
________Team Entry $400 – This covers a team of 4 to participate in the tournament.
________Individual Golfer $100- This covers one golfer that will be placed with 3 others to form a 4 man team.
